Resource Systems Group has 4 distinct core services areas—Transportation Planning, Technology Solutions, Market Research, Energy, and Environment & Acoustics. It's challenging to speak to such diverse audience segments, and convincingly convey strong expertise in each.
Bluehouse Group was initially engaged to consult to RSG management and develop marketing communication strategy. We facilitated internal meetings and developed consensus between stakeholders in the different business units. We then carried the strategy forward into a redesigned website. Each business unit has its own sub-site, where visitors are not distracted by messages from other business units. RSGinc.com, the main corporate site, is the entrance point for these subsites, with overarching related news, contact info, and white paper topics.
