Pillsbury Senior Living Communities offer compassionate, "home-like" environments for seniors across northern Vermont.
Pillsbury needed a new website, but before that could happen, we needed to refine the brand and create a new identity to match their growing operation. Pillsbury had expanded to six separate locations, but the company name was still Pillsbury Manor - the name of their first location. We facilitated a successful rebranding process that tied all the locations together under one strong brand, Pillsbury Senior Communities. We also designed a new logo and provided brand guidelines so the company has brand continuity across all of their marketing channels.
For the website, we optimized the design for mobile phones, since the search for senior living is often done by adult children visiting their elderly parents from afar. Using responsive design, Bluehouse created a website that adapts itself to any size screen. Text is large and readable; navigation links are clear and easy to use; and key content is emphasized and obvious. The website is easy to use for visitors of all ages, and it's easy to maintain for the Pillsbury staff.
